Our sister and brother in law’s grandson passed away. They live in Missouri, we live in Texas. We wanted to express our deepest sympathies so started to look for florists in Missouri. In our search, we came upon Ruth’s Flowers … and are we ever glad we found them. The people there are so professional, organized, focused on customer satisfaction (on the part of both the sender and receiver) our experience can only be described as outstanding. They communicated with us consistently throughout the process in a way that is indescribable. We were very impressed. We have ordered and sent flowers many times over the years utilizing a variety of florists. Ruth’s has been by far the best experience we have ever had.

I was very impressed. I ordered online a plant on Saturday afternoon for a funeral visitation on Monday at 9:00 a.m. I was unsure if they would be able to get it there on time. They were not able to match exactly what I ordered, but communicated this with me. They arranged something comparable, just as nice and delivered it before the visitation. I highly recommend them!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
