Ruth’s Flowers was very easy to work with. I ordered on line from Ohio to have flowers delivered to my aunt who is on hospice at her daughter’s home in Marshfield. They called me the day of delivery to be sure the roads out in the country were passable because of the recent heavy snow. As we were talking I asked if the arrangement could have mostly pink flowers because that’s her favorite color. They were so kind to accommodate my request. They delivered on time and my aunt was so thrilled with the pink flowers. ---- Florist's Response: Carolyn, thank you so much for your kind words and 5 star review. We were so impressed by the fast service we received. We placed the order online, and within 1 1/2 hours my mother-in-law had the flowers! And the flowers were beautiful and true to what was shown online. I will definitely order from them again.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
