What an amazing effort this florist went to just to make sure that my recipient got her 95th birthday bouquet on time! She had moved recently, and I wasn't aware of that fact. They phoned and helped track her down and even collected updated information for me to add to my personal directory! They were helpful and sweet and will forever have my return business and any I can send their way. Truly if I were closer I'd give you a big hug! What a gem!
